Project motivation: Remake a report to make it less confusing and make it bold enough to lead the change
in culture and focus that was happening in the plant.
Project development: I studied the best possible combination of visuals, included data hierarchy,
to create a report able to deliver strong and deep analysis in a simple way.
Project result: The plant personnel went from only looking to the Material Losses data during the weekly
meetings (when someonelse analysed it for them) to analysing it regularly.
